Ok, so if the map is unconstitutional
1. What does that mean in respect of the votes of the members of congress who were unconstitutionally elected?
Does the relief apply retroactively to nullify their votes? What happens to legislation that would not have passed without those votes?
2. Why aren't the people behind these maps facing jail time for a criminal conspiracy to undermine democratic government?
Why are there not criminal remedies available against these guys?
What kind of mindset does it take to self-justify rigging elections so that the outcome does not reflect the will of the electorate? How can they possibly justify what they did, even to themselves?
PS: Glad my mother-in-law joke synced.
So now that USSC has refused to intervene, Republican legislator Cris Dush calls for the five judges in Pennsyavania State Supreme Court who voted down the Pennsylvania gerrymander to be impeached for “misbehaviour" in office.
I am surprised the Pennysylvania Republicans didn't clamor for the entire USSC to be impeached.
No wonder these folks love Trump. Like leader, like followers. Or is it the other way around?
More to come..... I have faith in the USSC. Those guys and gals did read the US Constitution, starting with the Preamable, all the Articles, as well all the Amendments. And all Case Precedents. Law means law, not No Law.
